Low Cost Airlines GuideBlue Islands Airways is an airline based in Alderney, Channel Islands. It was founded in 1999 as Le Cocqs Air Link, operating cargo service. In 2002 the company launched passenger service. A year later it was renamed Rockhopper and in 2006 became Blue Islands.
